Position Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Java Developer to join our dynamic team onsite in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative applications that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software engineering.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
