Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project completion.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or related industries.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
