- SAP BASIS: - Proven experience in SAP BASIS administration and support, including system installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting. - Deep understanding of SAP NetWeaver architecture and components. - Experience with SAP system monitoring and performance optimization. - Proficiency in SAP transport management and change control processes. - SAP Security: - Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, roles, authorizations, and profiles. - Experience implementing and maintaining SAP security policies and procedures. - Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and processes is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments. - Platform Familiarity: - Experience working with NS2 cloud infrastructure is strongly preferred. - Security Protocols: - Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAML, SSO, and Fortinet security solutions in an SAP environment. - Expertise in SSL certificate management and application for secure communication. - Additional Assets: - Knowledge of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) would be a significant advantage. Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain the SAP landscape, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. - Implement and enforce robust security measures to protect SAP systems and data, including role-based access controls, user management, and security audits. - Configure and maintain SAML, SSO, and Fortinet security solutions to ensure secure access and authentication. - Manage SSL certificates to maintain secure communication channels. - Provide technical support for SAP BRIM (if applicable), including system configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades. - Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP with other systems and maintain a secure environment. - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP security best practices and vulnerabilities. - Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
