Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process maps, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to implement solutions and monitor outcomes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Support project management activities, including timeline tracking and risk assessment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering is a plus.
