What You’ll Do as the Payroll Coordinator:

•

• Support bi-weekly payroll processing
• 
  
• 
  
• 
  
• and validate timecards, deductions, and payroll adjustments to ensure accuracy
• 
  
• 
  
• 
  
• Ensure payroll activities remain compliant with company policies and labor regulations
• 
  
• 
  
• 
  
• Process employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and benefits updates
• 
  
• 
  
• 
  
• Prepare payroll reports and provide data to internal stakeholders
• 
  
• 
  
• 
  
• Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and care
•

• 
  
• Assist with special payroll projects and continuous process improvements

What We’re Looking For in the Payroll Coordinator:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• 
  
• 
  
• 
  
• Three years of experience at least 
• 
  
• 
  
• 
  
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable
• 
  
• 
  
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
•

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
