Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities to identify, evaluate, and place qualified candidates across client requirements. This role partners closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruiting from intake to offer
Source candidates using job boards, databases, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection
Manage candidate communications and offer processes
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Support client and hiring manager relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–5 years of recruiting or staffing experience
Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
