Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, and Java. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our AI-driven recruiting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the security and data integrity of backend services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in backend development with Node.js, Python, and Java.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
