Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Houston, Texas location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
