Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property values, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing all aspects of property administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage budgets, financial records, and rent collections.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations with vendors and contractors.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address issues promptly.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution.
• Prepare and present reports on occupancy, expenses, and property performance.
• Market vacant properties and screen prospective tenants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management best practices and relevant laws/regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
