Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, with exposure to various industries including healthcare, technology, large enterprises, and small businesses. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, compliance with regulations, and providing excellent support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for employees across multiple business units.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and process improvements.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.
• Stay updated on payroll best practices and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll processing (experience in healthcare, tech, large enterprise, or small business environments is highly valued).
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
