Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.

• Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold company standards for guest service and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and reservation systems (training provided).
