A well-established property management organization is seeking an experienced Compliance Tax Credit Specialist to support its affordable housing portfolio.
This role will focus on clearing a backlog of annual recertifications and ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional who is available immediately and can hit the ground running with minimal training.
Compensation
$30 - $40/hour (Compensation may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.)

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing affordable housing compliance and recertification processes and can immediately contribute to reducing a significant compliance backlog. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working directly with residents and property teams.
Location Requirements
This position is located in the East Metro Twin Cities area and requires daily onsite attendance.
Candidates should be comfortable with the commute prior to applying.
