Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python and machine learning, and a passion for building scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve model performance.
• Maintain and optimize existing machine learning pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices.
• Prior experience in AI-driven product development.
