Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Truck Driver to safely transport goods between designated locations. The ideal candidate should have a valid commercial driving license, good knowledge of road safety regulations, and the ability to maintain the vehicle and delivery documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive trucks for local or long-distance deliveries.
• Transport goods and materials securely and on schedule.
• Load and unload cargo while ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Inspect the truck before and after trips and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, trip logs, and required documentation.
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse teams regarding deliveries.
• Ensure cargo is properly secured during transportation.
• Keep the truck clean and in good operating condition.
• Report accidents, delays, damages, or other delivery issues promptly.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license appropriate for the vehicle.
• Previous truck-driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Ability to safely handle and secure cargo.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Physically capable of loading/unloading goods when required.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Working Conditions
