Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York. As a Software Engineer at Leoforce, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that power our AI-driven recruiting platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that transform the talent acquisition landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stack.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, C++).
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, SQL, jQuery).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
