Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Agent with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong multilingual skills, a background in sales or customer retention, and familiarity with travel insurance and visa processing. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.

- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements.

- Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.

- Promote and sell travel insurance, visa services, and other travel-related products.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer retention.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa processes, and insurance policies.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar customer-facing role.
