Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong foundation in .NET and React. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that drive our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET and React.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#) and React.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
