Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Automation Engineer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in automation engineering, with hands-on expertise in Selenium and Jenkins. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with the team to resolve defects.
• Continuously improve automation processes and frameworks.
• Document test cases, procedures, and results.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-4 years of experience in automation engineering or software testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium for automated testing.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
