Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both onsite and remotely, contributing to the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions in the talent acquisition space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and NLP models to enhance our recruiting platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and NLP technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Python programming and NLP (Natural Language Processing).
• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with data engineering and MLOps practices.
• Prior experience in the HR tech or recruiting industry is a plus.
