Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our healthcare team. The key focus for this role is strong experience in the healthcare domain and hands-on expertise in clinical research and clinical trials. The CRA will be responsible for overseeing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor clinical trials to ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Conduct site visits, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Review and verify clinical trial data and documentation.
• Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful study execution.
• Identify, document, and resolve issues related to study conduct and data quality.
• Prepare and maintain study-related documentation and reports.
• Ensure patient safety and ethical conduct throughout the clinical trial process.

Key Focus Areas:

• Demonstrated experience in the healthcare domain.
• Proven track record in clinical research and clinical trial management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a similar clinical research role, with a strong emphasis on healthcare and clinical trial experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required for site monitoring visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management systems (CTMS) is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in clinical research (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) is a plus.
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
