Customer Service Representative

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST
Working Days: Monday through Friday
Experience Required: 1+ year

About the Role:
Handle inbound customer calls, emails and chats for a healthcare billing account, resolving questions about statements, coverage and payment plans in a 60-seat contact centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer 40-60 inbound contacts per day across phone, email and chat.
• Resolve billing and coverage questions at first contact where possible.
• Document every interaction accurately in the CRM.
• Escalate complex cases to the account specialist team.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service or contact-centre experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable with CRM software and dual-monitor workflows.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
