Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end machine learning projects from ideation to deployment
Design, build, and validate predictive models and algorithms using large-scale datasets
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define project requirements and deliverables
Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for innovation
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science and machine learning
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred
