We are hiring a Senior Construction Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) delivery on large commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage MEP scope, schedule, and budget from preconstruction through closeout.
• - Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and owners on site.
• - Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs and resolve coordination issues.
• - Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance on site.
• - Report progress and risks to project leadership.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years managing MEP scopes.
• - Commercial, healthcare, or industrial project experience.
• - Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and BIM coordination.
• - OSHA 30 certification; PMP preferred.
• - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Pay Range: USD 130,000-160,000 annually.

Location: Anywhere in the USA (country-level role).

Work Type: Onsite. Employment Type: Full-time.

Experience: Up to 15 years.

Working Days: Monday-Friday. Working Hours: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM EST.
