About the Role
SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Creative Services Manager to join our team on a remote, contract basis. This role involves managing a high-throughput creative queue, interfacing with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the quality of advertising videos. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative judgment and communication skills, with the ability to drive feedback and collaborate effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the creative intake and production pipeline: review inbound requests for clarity, ask the right questions, prioritize work, and manage timelines in Jira.
- Provide creative direction and quality assurance: set design standards, review edits before delivery, provide clear feedback, and maintain a consistently high creative bar.
- Drive performance-minded iteration: convert performance data into a clear set of creative hypotheses, then drive rapid concepting and structured variation testing.
- Manage client communication: interface with advertisers/brands (and some agencies), often alongside Sales, presenting creative output and recommendations.
- Build and document processes: create workflows, guidelines, and best practices that improve quality and throughput over time.

Requirements

Required
- 8+ years in advertising-focused creative services, production, or creative operations (in-house, agency, or performance marketing).
- Experience managing a high-throughput creative queue and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong creative judgment and comfort QAing advertising video for clarity, polish, and effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills; clear with clients, collaborative internally, and decisive when driving feedback.

Preferred
- Experience managing creative workflows in Jira.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and willingness to jump in on occasional editing projects as needed.
- Experience in performance marketing / test-and-learn creative environments.
- Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) to support creative ideation and production workflows.
