We are hiring an Insurance Sales Agent to sell property, casualty, and life insurance products and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and quote personal and commercial insurance policies.
• - Advise clients on coverage options and complete applications.
• - Cross-sell and retain existing policyholders.
• - Meet monthly sales and retention targets.
• - Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.

Required Skills:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license; Life & Health a plus.
• - 1+ years of insurance or financial-services sales experience preferred.
• - Strong communication and closing skills.
• - Comfortable with CRM and quoting software.
• - Self-driven and goal-oriented.

Pay Range: USD 45,000-75,000 annually plus commission.

Location: Chicago, IL, USA.

Work Type: Hybrid. Employment Type: Full-time.

Working Days: Monday-Friday. Working Hours: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST.
