Job Description

We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress.
  • Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and reporting methods.
  • Ensure projects comply with organizational standards and quality requirements.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Resolve project issues and manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Prepare regular status reports and present updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or global teams.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, risk management, and change management practices.
