Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager specializing in residential property management for our Austin, Texas location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining property value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential properties.
• Manage tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and rent collections.
• Market vacant properties and screen prospective tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of property activities and tenant communications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential property management.
