We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The candidate will be responsible for designing test strategies, developing automated and manual tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership in improving QA processes. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Lead manual and automated testing for web, mobile, or backend systems.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Participate in code reviews and requirement analysis.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.
Analyze test results and provide quality metrics and reports.
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in software testing / quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).
Strong programming/scripting skills (Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred).
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Knowledge of security testing practices.
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
ISTQB or other QA certifications.
