Job Title: Sales Development I4 / Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) – Emerging Markets
Location: Buffalo, NY (Candidate must be within 40 minutes of the location)
Duration: 12 Months Assignment
Compensation: $29.00/hr base + uncapped commission (OTE: $1,900/month or more)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) for Emerging Markets to join our Outside Sales team. In this field sales role, you will be responsible for winning new business across your assigned geography, focusing on untapped and rural markets. You will drive new partnerships with local and regional restaurants, contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively (at least 50% of the time) within and around Buffalo, NY, including rural and emerging markets.
- Manage a transactional deal cycle, closing new business within days.
- Sell restaurant owners on the value of partnering with Leoforce and negotiate revenue share agreements.
- Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and utilize sales tools (sales sheets, gift cards, business cards, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies; travel costs are covered by the company.
- Build scalable sales strategies and playbooks for success.
Requirements:
- 2.5+ years of sales experience in a closing sales role or related field.
- Proven ability to travel frequently, including several overnights and longer travel days.
- Experience with both inside and outside sales tactics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and executing sales strategies.
- Preferred: 2+ years of successful sales experience selling to SMBs, especially in the restaurant or food/beverage sector.
