About the Role
Join SPECTRAFORCE as a Senior .NET + Azure Developer/Lead, bringing your 8+ years of experience on API development with .NET and Azure. This hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, develop, test, maintain, and implement premier software solutions. You will play a key role in determining optimal solutions for architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability, while also aiding in the creation of product roadmaps and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform full life cycle application development, including researching available technical options for features, providing guidance and feedback, and building proof of concepts.
- Determine optimal solutions for architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability in cooperation with developers and architects.
- Aid Product Management in the creation of product roadmaps ensuring objectives are realistic and achievable.
- Collaborate with Principal Engineers and Offshore teams to create solution designs, following architectural guidance and design.
- Mentor junior developers.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or a Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 8+ years of .NET software development experience building web-based applications.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.5+, and C.
- Good understanding of CI/CD concepts to utilize the IAC using Terraform to deploy the Azure infrastructure.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with JavaScript, RESTful services, ORM, T-SQL, JSON, MVC, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Azure-based architectures.
- Understanding of modern architecture patterns such as Microservices, SOA, Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, Asynchronous Messaging, Service Bus, Event Sourcing, APIs, and Web Services.

- Duration: 5 Months
- Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days a week from the office.
