Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our AI-driven recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions.
  • Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data sources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Document data workflows, processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
