Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.

- Assist the product owner with maintaining a well-groomed backlog.

- Remove impediments and shield the team from external interferences.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.

- Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (onsite and remote).

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

- 2+ years as a Scrum Master or in a related Agile role.

- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
