The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our AI-driven recruiting platform. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and distribution for performance and scalability.- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all platforms.- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.- Document data workflows, architecture, and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational and NoSQL databases.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions and ETL tools.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Nice to Have:- Experience with machine learning pipelines or AI-driven products.- Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.Leoforce is an equal opportunity employer.
