Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. As a Java Developer at Leoforce, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that drive our AI-powered recruiting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Java applications and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Integrate data storage solutions (SQL, MySQL, etc.).

- Work with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 2+ years of professional experience in Java development.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies.

- Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and AngularJS.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Python, and other programming languages is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
