Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 10 years of proven success in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Create and implement effective business development strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
