Duration: 5 months’ Assignment

Location: New York & San Francisco Peninsula

Shift/Hours: 15hours/week (part time)

Note: Willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will Be a customer launch specialist: Launch new customers on the product, resolve pain points, and ensure great onsite experience.
• 
  
• Be a client representative: manage quality and performance for clients.
• 
  
• Have strong communication: field feedback from clients, identify issues, and clearly communicate them to the relevant contact.
•

• Based in SF/Peninsula, and willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location.
•

• Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast paced environment and being comfortable with executing with limited guidance.
• 
  
• Coachable on Technology and Data.
• 
  
• Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets in addition to internal systems at client Expert in the Meal Manager platform.
• 
  
• Ability to learn, communicate, and troubleshoot basic issues clients have with the platform (how to set up their account, place orders, setup backup carts etc.).
• 
  
• Ability to operate at the lowest level of detail with excellent accuracy and productivity.
• 
  
• Excellent Communication and Time-Management Skills.
• 
  
• Ability to effectively articulate issues, understand problems and implement solutions while managing multiple projects.
• 
  
• Passionate about people management and building relationships that have a strong foundation on empathy and emotional intelligence.
• 
  
• Prior experience in Operations Management, Support, Customer Interviews, and Sales preferably in the hospitality industry.
• 
  
• Must be based in New York, SF/Peninsula, and willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location.

• Part time role Hours- 15 hours.
