Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Covington, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and a passion for building robust, scalable applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that drive our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Python applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Python Developer.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
