Position Overview:
We are searching for an adept Human Resources Management Consultant to improve our HR processes and approaches. In this role, you will perform a company-wide analysis of our HR operations, identify areas for improvement, design strategies to address issues, and implement HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR-related figures and statistics of the business.
- Conduct in-depth HR studies through surveys, interviews, and meetings.
- Identify pain points, problems, and bottlenecks in HR processes and practices.
- Devise strategies to achieve immediate and long-term efficiencies in HR activities.
- Review previous HR strategies and decisions made by the company.
- Establish guidelines for HR managers within the company.
- Assist management and the organization in implementing HR changes.
- Advise on legal and procedural aspects of HR processes.
- Manage aspects of HR processes for the company.
- Perform training and education tasks to improve the organization’s HR practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or project management.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR-related role such as an HR generalist.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state HR legislation.
- Analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Knowledge of the latest HR information software and HR technology.
- Strong research and presentation skills.
