Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams
• Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and documentation
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and propose solutions
• Monitor project progress and ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with requirement-gathering techniques and documentation
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools (BPMN, UML)
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or enterprise systems
• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
