Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic remote team. As a Software Engineer at Leoforce, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that power our AI-driven recruiting platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that redefine the talent acquisition industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in software development using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
