We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and work with technical teams to deliver business solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Create functional specifications and process documentation.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development and QA teams.
- Support user acceptance testing.
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of business analysis experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and process modeling is preferred.
