**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment processes to support our software development lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
- Develop and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
- Implement, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and security.
- Maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- AWS certification(s) (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
