This role requires deep expertise in test automation, strong retail domain knowledge, and experience validating AI-driven applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable test automation frameworks and strategies.Develop and execute automation Proof of Concepts (POCs).Lead automation initiatives using Selenium and Playwright.Perform testing and validation for AI/AI-enabled applications.Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders.Provide technical leadership and guidance to automation teams.Required SkillsStrong automation testing experience with Selenium and Playwright.Hands-on development experience using Java and TypeScript.Experience testing AI/AI-based applications.Proven experience creating and executing Automation POCs.Retail domain testing experience.Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience with eCommerce platforms such as:SAP HybrisIBM WebSphere Commerce (WCS)Salesforce Commerce CloudDemandwareTop 3 SkillsAutomation Architecture & Framework DesignRetail Domain ExpertiseAutomation Proof of Concept (POC) Experience
