Role: Senior Data Scientist Machine Learning Projects

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead and execute machine learning projects that drive the next generation of our AI-powered recruiting solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and impactful business outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end machine learning projects from ideation to deployment
• Design, build, and validate predictive models and algorithms using large-scale datasets
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define project requirements and deliverables
• Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for innovation
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science and machine learning
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred
