Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the talent acquisition and AI sectors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the talent acquisition, HR technology, or AI industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
