Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Florida. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven methodologies to solve complex business problems and drive actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Prior experience in the HR tech or recruiting industry is a plus.
