Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, requirements gathering, and Agile methodologies. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
