Mid-Level .NET Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level .NET Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs using Microsoft .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+ and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established coding standards.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services when required.
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other team members.
• Use Git or other version-control systems for source-code management.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and help improve application performance, scalability, and security.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API/MVC.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of Entity Framework Core and LINQ.
• Good understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code.
• Experience with Git and common software-development workflows.
• Familiarity with unit testing and debugging techniques.
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as JWT/OAuth.

Good to Have

• Experience with Angular, React, or other frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/caching technologies.
• Exposure to performance tuning and application monitoring.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
