Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Web Designer with at least 12 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing visually appealing, user-centric websites and web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital experiences that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements, branding, and user experience across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Optimize web designs for speed, scalability, and accessibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in web design.
• Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.
• Must be a Green Card holder and authorized to work in the USA.
