Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, create functional specifications, and support project delivery throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The candidate should have excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and User Stories.
- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and workflow documentation.
- Perform GAP analysis and impact analysis.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Define acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect triage.
- Validate implemented solutions against business requirements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Coordinate change management activities.
- Assist in production deployments and post-release support.
